Ioanna Nefi (Ioanna-Nefeli Voutsa) was born in 1992 in Livadeia, Boeotia, Greece. She studied Architecture at Technical University of Crete and Contemporary Singing at Pythagoreio Conservatory in Attica, studying modern singing under Elisavet Karatzoli and music theory under Angie Bagiou. From 2010 onwards, she took lessons in classical vocal technique and contemporary singing in Athens, Lausanne, and Chania (Crete). She worked briefly as an architect and currently works as a modern singing theacher in Athens. She has been involved in poetry since childhood and also composes electronic music.
